Information we process
When you register, sign in or search for numbers, R-Mobile may process your account email, authentication identifiers, selected country and area code, IP address, and technical service logs.
How we use information
We use this information to operate authentication, return available numbers, protect against misuse, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests. Calling and messaging features are not yet active.
Service providers
We use Supabase for account authentication, Telnyx for number availability, and Render for hosting. We plan to use Stripe for payment processing when subscriptions launch. Each provider processes information as needed for its service.
Payment information
Payment checkout is not yet enabled. When enabled, payment details should be entered through an approved secure payment flow, not sent by email or chat.
Security and retention
We apply access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free. Specific retention schedules and jurisdiction-specific privacy notices are being finalized before launch.

You may contact us at support@riscamobile.com to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Emergency calls
R-Mobile currently does not support emergency calling.
